What should I clarify before organizing a purchase for several people?

Confirm whether everyone needs the same option or different selections. Collect the participants' actual requirements rather than choosing from assumptions.

What should I check if only part of an order has been provided?

Look for status information specific to the missing part. Retain any response confirming what is still outstanding.

How should I interpret an average product rating?

Keep your own requirements separate from general reviewer satisfaction. Use the average as one source of context among others.
