Two airliners appeared to be on a collision course Monday morning near Syracuse, New York. Air traffic control cleared an American Airlines flight with 79 people on board to land at the Syracuse airport, and then appeared to clear a Delta flight to takeoff from the same runway. A police dash cam caught video of the incident.
